Ok so I´m getting into music theory, tonality, scales ,etc, and i would like to know in wich tonality are most of the songs of Saosin.

Also what scales they use please.

Haha yeah, aside from the Voices intro being in the Lydian mode, almost all of their music is in the Ionian and Aeolian modes (major and minor).

basic theory is scales, beats, and time signatures. Just learn that and you will be ahead of the majority of people in music.

just the standard minor progression. You call it natural minor so it doesn't get confused with melodic or harmonic or any other types of minor progressions.
